THE STORY
Who is Hirdesh Matai?
I am the founder of HDM GRO-ads & Host of Bedtime Profit Tales
My name is Hirdesh Matai.
PROLOGUE
When I was 17, a teacher looked me in the eye and said, "You shouldn't be given internet access. Books are enough."
It was a small comment, but it sparked a war. It led to the biggest fight I ever had with my parents and a realization that would define my life: The world was changing, and if I didn't build my own place in it, I would be left behind.
I didn't argue. I didn't complain. I locked myself in my room.
CHAPTER I:
How everything started?
For one month, I didn't see the sun. I was possessed by a single idea: to build something from nothing.
I taught myself to build and create. I drafted contracts I barely understood. I built the entire infrastructure for my first company, HDM Media. It was grueling, lonely work, but it was mine.
Six months later, just as the venture was about to turn a profit, I killed it.
Why? Because I got bored. I saw a shiny new object. I let the "crazy founder brain" take the wheel. I failed not because I lacked skill, but because I lacked patience.

CHAPTER II:
The Expensive Lesson
Driven by the greed for faster money, I launched "Version 2.0", HDM GRO-ads.
I played the part perfectly. I hired a team of excellent marketers. I set up the systems. I acted like a CEO. But the market has a way of humbling arrogance. For nearly a year, I made zero money.
I had the "Demand" (the desire for sales), but I lacked the "Mastery" (the discipline to stick with it). It was the most frustrating year of my life, but it taught me the only lesson that matters:
You cannot build an empire on a foundation of quicksand.
CHAPTER III:
The Reformation
I stripped everything down to the studs. I went back to the basics. I took every course, read every book, and rebuilt my entire philosophy from the ground up.
I realized that true luxury, in business and in life, requires the integration of two forces:
Demand: The external systems of sales, advertising, and growth.
Mastery: The internal systems of mindset, discipline, and philosophy.

CHAPTER IV:
What I do now?
Today, I use this "House of Demand & Mastery" philosophy to help others avoid the expensive mistakes I made.
1. For The Brand (Demand)
I partner with luxury D2C brands through HDM GRO-ads. We don't just "run ads." We implement a 90-Day Profit Plan to scale revenue without devaluing your brand with discounts.
2. For The Founder (Mastery)
I host the Bedtime Profit Tales Podcast, where I deconstruct the habits and secrets of the top 1% of wealthy individuals, so you can build the internal systems required to hold onto your success.
3. For The Next Generation (Education)
I deliver guest lectures, host webinars to students and aspiring entrepreneurs. I share the unvarnished truth about failure, the reality of "full-stack" skills, and the financial principles I studied through Yale’s non-degree markets course.
